Please include your name, order number, and reason for return. Photos of the product/s you would like to return will often speed the process up.
Something not quite right?
Damaged on Delivery - Email us a picture of any damaged goods within 48 hours. We will get in touch to organize a replacement.
Item not as advertised – If we’ve made a mistake and sent you an incorrect product, get in touch. We will organize pre-paid return shipping and a replacement.
Warranty Claims – If you need to make a warranty claim email us with a reason for the claim, and pictures if necessary. We will organize a return, repair, or replacement.
Changed your mind?
Get in touch within 30 days. Most products can be returned for store credit or an exchange. Products must be unused and have all original packaging.
Change of mind returns requires you to pay for return shipping.
Items bought online can be returned in-store. Items bought in-store can be returned via post.
